Scampages mostly used.

Most of people ask how get CC or paypal but there still confused about way to get it so there 6 ways to get cc and paypal.
1. (old ways) Join some IRC Chanel, like cc,free cc, paypal, etc. sometime if you luck you will find it, but mostly those cc are dead, and this methode are not to populer for now
2.Scampage Campaing (the mostly way) Scam page campaing is the most populer way that use by newbie carder, but you need some investment, you need, buy BHPS host(2$-99$,or hack webserver(if you buy cost 5-10$), and then scampage(public scam page are easy get detect and some not and most of them has be backdoor private scampage cost 5$-30$),private,lead=email (cost:1$-20$)
