In the "Billing Address" section, put your last name as combined with the card holder's name.
If there is a "Middle name" field, put your last name there.
Example:
Card holder: John Nelman
Your name: Eric Carder
Put in billing address name field: John Carder Nelman , etc...
Or you can fully change the cardholder's last name to yours! You decide.
Some merchants only verify the ZIP Code, and not the full address.

Yeah it's a timesaver to just put in zip code rather than whole address
