This just for proof and info dude.. Coinbase is u can buy BTC with 2 method.. I already test and here is the proof.. for now how i do it it's still secret.. not for public sharing yet.. daaa..

Easy way is using bank logs
1. Register Coinbase
2. Use USA phone number to verify
3. Use USA bank acc to link, coinbase will send small amount, then you verify it
4. Buy BTC with cc that as bank owner. it will processes not instant.
5. Call to CS coinbase to cancel your buy order. charged may be applied. and tell them your cc has reach max limit.
6. Make new order, with other cc. you order will got approved. you can buy more
7. Good luck
