A skimmer is a card encoder that can be slipped on anything that reads cards (gas pumps, atm's etc.) There are very discrete and not noticed often. A safer alternative is finding a good shop, most are private and require that you deposit at least $50+ to access the site, its still your money to spend but its to keep leechers out. If you find a good shop each dump track1+2 can then be encoded to the mag stripe now depending on which country you use it will be 101, or 201, 101 is pure mag stripe, 201 is chip. Chip tech cards and encoders are extremely hard to get ahold of and tracked by ALMOST ALL government entities. If you are in a poor country go 101 get a msr606 from amazon shipped to a drop it comes with 20 BLANK cards, what i like to do is encode old walmart visa gift cards etc. so im not using just a blank card.
