I wanted to know if anyone had a method for amazon because lately i realize i may have a working card but the process wont last long enough for an item to be actually received so i was wondering if there was a method for using amazon or if i can get some card-able sites that can be used in the U.S.?

a friend told me to just order 1 item below 100$ (70 below is advisable he says) then when the item is delivered, wait for atleast 2days ( he said he prefers to wait for atleast a month, more realistic kind of thing) then order 2 items with the total not exceeding 300$.. repeat until you can order 800$+ items. and always give good feedback to the seller..
