Ebay Method 100% Carding :

Open CCleaner clear coockies open vpn ( hma, Avast secureline,) i prefer Vip72 proxy but its work with avast secureline with me ^^. just connect to country for ppl account. open ebay 

Ps: Ppl account  must be with at least 1 cc( Credit card virified ) I prefer cc because has a instant payment and 24 procces . ok search for vapes  vaporizer and chose any item select buy it now go at guest checkout type in your address ( its not needed a drop) select crredit card payment with paypal not checkout  with paypal   ( select crredit card payment ) then will redirct you to paypal 
now the method of mine ^^ 

look at the link address if you ship to ca ( canada ) and typed in canada address you  will see the link like that ppl.com/[ca]/weeb.... and then change the 2 degit code to the paypal country ext : usa : us. france : fr. canada : ca ... and tape enter then go select login with paypal put victime account confirm and pay you will get succes ^^
