it when admin of any forum or cc shop or market is part of anexit scam. exit scam is when you deposit btc in to the shop whatever and then when you try to withdraw it for whatever purpose or a vendor it wont work cuz theres a dirty admin. this happens mostly whenthe innocent admin hires a dirty one looking for a quick buck .
