IN simple manner cardable means... any website which u can card and from card we means.... that we can buy any stuff easily from that website,by using a clone cc or any hack cc... and it requires less details and the security of those websites are less and can be bypass easily...

i'm a newbie, can u tell me what tools i can use to start carding. please, im just 8 hours search on google but i understand nothing. or please give a link wich learn carding from beginning as a newbie like me.
