So this is the way I cash out when I get a hacked paypal accounts or bank logins. First of all idk if someone already said this if they did I'll give them credit of course. You will need 3 paypal accounts and you bank account.
1. Make a bunch of accounts on sellfy or twitch(with donations available)
2.with the PayPal account u have link the bank logins or cc's 
3. Use the 2nd paypal account as a form of payment on twitch or sellfy(make a fake product on sellfy)
4. The 3rd account must have ur bank linked to it.
5. With the first account donate to your twitch around $200 then when u get the money on your second paypal account let it sit for 2-3 days (do the same thing on sellfy).
6. After 2 days send the money to the 3rd account then deposit it into your bank. If there is a refund for the money from the hacked bank login or cc then only the 2nd account will be effected.(simply make another one). 
Repeat this process and you can make alot of money
