I only joined this forum not so long ago.
This is a method probably used by some users but not all so just sharing
This method involves registering a CC in the google wallet, then downloading an app, deleting the account and backing up the app. You can use your own CC or a dumped one from here its the same difference, you won't have to pay.
Requirements:
Rooted Android Phone
Credit Card to use
Proxy list on pc/phone
If you have an android phone but are not sure if its rooted then more than like its not. Rooting is like the "Jailbreaking" of an android phone so you can access root privileges etc on the phone.
If your phone is not rooted but you want to root it head over to

and find your phone and follow the instructions to root your phone.
In order to get a credit card to use, use your own or just head over to the dump section of BH to find one posted up by a user that wants it drained/killed. There is no point going there until you have some other steps completed below.
Just follow these instructions.
Step 1
On your android phone or pc install some proxy for USA.
-----ExpressVPN - There is always users posting up licences for that in the BH accounts section You can also use ExpressVPN on your phone with the settings provided on the site once you login.
-----TorVPN -If you purchase this then you can download "Openvpn" on android and input your own proxy settings-
-----Free Proxy List -Not recommended as they are painfully slow but sure if thats what you want then go ahead.
Step 2
Okay now we have the proxy set up- On your phone make sure there are no other google accounts on your phone. Go to "settings> Accounts > Add Account > Google>> Set up new account
Create an account there and do not add the card

Step 3
Download Titanium Backup Pro in the market: https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...=search_result It is not free. I already have it so in the screenshot below it shows a different app i will purchase so your screen should look the same but with Titanium Backup Pro- Click buy/Purchase
Step 4
Click continue so we can add a card.

-Now go to the BH accounts and dump section
and refresh until there is a new card posted from USA. Try be first to use it.
Step 5
Enter the details of a card you found

-Click on agree and continue
Then it should say authorising payment "briefly" then download the app.

If it fails then just start over again deleting the account you used. You can use the same but after some failed attempts google blocks you from buying with a card so better off just to restart
Step 6
Okay now that we have the apps downloaded, the final step is to back it up completely using Titanium Backup Pro.
So run Titanium Backup Pro and select the tick on the top right. Then select RUN-Backup all user apps

Now it will save the app for you even to your DROPBOX if you choose.
Step 7
Clean up-
If you used your own card to purchase the app-Go to the app and click "REFUND"
You will be refunded the app and it will get taken off your google account-
You can just reinstall from Titanium Backup Pro or Dropbox.

If you used a dumped card then just delete the google account you used. Start fresh again with a new proxy and a new gmail and away you go with premium apps

NOTE:You can do this from a PC and then open the gmail account on your phone after purchases. This also works for in app purchases eg-Zynga-Card Ace Casino-SongPop-Draw Something.
Just make sure to use fake facebook so its not tracked.
