today I was given 3 BTC by brother .. but I do not know how to use .. whether  BTC can be spent ?? or can be exchanged for money ?? How to do it?? need help tutorial

You can sell it on coinbase.com or search on Google about "buy and sell bitcoins" , something like that. 3 BTC is a very large amount dude.

There are numerous online merchants that accept BTC as payment but they are prety rare to find, some sell domains, clothing, etc.
You must have a bitcoin wallet, like on blockchain.info or coinbase.com. This will allow you to send and recieve BTC to and from anyone.
