I found a legit way to check balance on a few cards. Both BECU (Boeing employees cu) and Chase will tell you theavail balance and also the date of the last payment via the automated customer line as long as you have the correct billing zip code. Works great for cvv's. I have listed the fone numbers below. If you know of others pleaze add to this thread for everyone'z benefit.
