Hi. I'm also new to carding but i spent a ridiculous amount of time trying to study all the possible ways to stay completely anonymous and be able to cash out like a king. I'm still working on learning more because i have so many other unanswered questions but i can share with you what i found. The idea is to be able to launder the money before you can use it. One of the best way i found is to buy bitcoins and then to a cryptocurrency coin swap to an other type of coin and then swap again to bitcoin so nobody can read the block chain and figure out where you got these coins and very importantly, you dont want to do the last swap to bitcoin on the original account because it is linked to the original purchase in my opinion so you need multiple bitcoin wallets. The problem with bitcoin is its nearly if not completely impossible to buy with cc or pp because every websites are aware of chargebacks and fraud so they have a verification process and a limit of how much you can buy which gives time for the card to be canceled before the purchased is completed or makes it just impossible to prove you're the cc or pp account owner because they can ask for a video of you showing your face and you holding the physical card in front of the camera. Now what i'm thinking is a possible way to transfer ppp or cc money into a virtual credit card service and link that vcc to a bogus paypal you create so you can get the vcc verified in your paypal. The only problem is i dont know if vcc services have a verification process but im afraid they do so that would also be ruled out. Anyway, if it would work and you can link a cc to a bogus paypal or just use a hacked paypal, i somwhere a method that i dont know if it would work. The idea is to go on an other bogus created paypal and get a donation button from this account and paste it in a blog or whatever. Then you would use the hacked paypal or cc and make a donation. So from the bogus paypal you could go and transfer the money somewhere else. I just dont know how far paypal is willing to go for chargebacks so that could also be ruled out. Anyway, if for any reason you succeed to get the money on an other paypal with full control and the money is safe you could then buy bitcoin and go throught all the verification process and the 48 hours wait for the bitcoin deposit to be made and after a few successful transactions, your limit would be increase and you could rinse and repeat and buy thousands of dollars worth of bitcoin everyday and then be able to do the bitcoin swap to clear your trail. After i would have successfully got all the bitcoin i want, i would go on a online gambling website that accept bitcoins and create a bogus account and deposit the money. Play for a bit and lose some money so it doesnt look too suspicious and if you make the owner of the site happy, he probably just will keep his eyes closed. At that moment you can cash out the remainder of your money in your real paypal and than in your bank account or purchase stuff online and you wouldnt have to worry about getting the stuff shipped to your door. So i think that could be a great method, only if there would be a way to bypass all the road blocks. A way i found to buy bitcoin is on virwox where you can buy linden dollars which is a currency for the game second life. Then you can convert these linden dollars to bitcoin but that process also require a paypal or credit card that you dont have to worry about chargeback and verification process, wait time and purchase limit with a fresh account. Other ways that ive been thinking about is to create a bogus ebay selling stuff that i dont actually have and i would buy with the hacked account. An other way i found online is almost the same but with indiegogo by creating a campaign and donate to the campaign with the various pp or cc you have. Anyway, obviously im not yet ready to get started but hopefully that can help you get started and it would be great if some people know how to make this work with some added steps and share here so i can also learn. Obviously all this would require to use strong socks and always use a socks in the same country and region where the cc or paypal came from or you're just gonna burn them and they're going to be unusable from the get go.
