I have always woundered what this was its where you steal credit cards irl and buy items in actual stores and sell them right? Or am I mistaken?

Most of the time TRACKS are bought TRACK1&2 these are what are encoded on the mag stripe on the back of the card that you slide. You buy that and then encode using a card encoder and walla you have a clone of that persons card
