I recently studied Tor Network , And Deep Web -- And i noticed on thing that they are NOT safe enough these days ,
Lots of take down by fbi , (federal bureau of investigation)
How can a person is to be so sure that he is 100% anonymous ( on DEEP web )


Surfing the internet , is safe  as long as you don't share any private information on the deep web -
D3mons Are always watching You - they never stop working -  AND Fed's are now every where on the internet , they have right to shut you down.

Anonymity is defined as not being named or identified. You are not anonymous when you are online, even when using privacy tools like Tor, Bitcoin or a VPN. the deep web is ok but not safe unless your protected and even then you still not 100% safe

It's very difficult regardless how you go about it.
Best way of doing so, is have different nicknames than what you use anywhere else, and some guides on the forums here can also help as guides to keep you hidden well in the deep web too.
Also, if you don't do anything too stupid, you should be almost fine.
